Documents: Açucar Refinado Grupo de Brazil shall present the following documents to Buyer's Bank for acceptance and approval of payment over the counter of the Banco de Brazil.

• Clean on Board Bill of loading Certificate (full set) marked "Freight Prepaid".
• Commercial Invoice (three copies) duly signed, showing L/C and conctract number.
• Quantity Certificate issued by Lloyds / SGS at loading port on Seller's account.
• Quality Certificate issued by Lloyds / SGS at loading port on Seller's account.
• Origin and Freshness Certificate.
• One copy of fax to Buyer, advising shipment immediately after shipment made.

Procedure: No other proposed procedure will be considerate.
