Payment: Buyer has two options such:
Unconditional Stanby Letter of Credit #3034 - Issued by one of 100 top World Prime Bank, irrevocable, fully transerable and divisible.
Payment shall be in US $ for the full amount of the contract.
Unconditional Wire Funds Transfer - Issued by a one of 100 top World Prime Bank.Payment shall be in US $ for the full amount of the contract.

Performance Bond: $ 295.00 / MC contractual Guarantee, 105% Bank Guarantee
against Unconditional Wire Funds Transfer - NON NEGOTIABLE.

Documents: Philip Morris Inc. Distribution - USA shall present the following documents to Buyer's Bank for acceptance and approval of payment over the counter of the Seller's Bank.

• Clean on Board Bill of loading Certificate (full set) marked "Freight Prepaid".
• Commercial Invoice (three copies) duly signed, showing L/C and conctract number.
• Quantity Certificate issued by Lloyds / SGS at loading port on Seller's account.
• Quality Certificate issued by Lloyds / SGS at loading port on Seller's account.
• Origin and Freshness Certificate.
• One copy of fax to Buyer, advising shipment immediately after shipment made.

Procedure: No other proposed procedure will be considerate.

• Buyer send - Purchase Letter [LOI RWA] and Financial Capability [BCL]
• Upon verification and qualification, Buyer will receive Purchase Draft Contract.
• Contract Direct with the Philip Morris Inc. Distribution - USA.
